What this site is

This website is informational. It describes Murjan Studio, the ventures we are building, and how we work. Nothing on it is an offer to sell securities, an invitation to invest, or professional, legal, financial or investment advice.

Ideas you send us

This matters more than the rest, so please read it.

We build ventures for a living, which means we are often already working on — or independently arrive at — ideas similar to ones people send us. Because of that:

  • Anything you submit through this site is non-confidential unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you first.
  • Sending us an idea does not create a partnership, a joint venture, an employment relationship, or any obligation on our part.
  • We may already be developing something similar, and nothing here stops us from continuing to do so.

If you have something genuinely confidential, do not put it in the form. Tell us you would like to speak under an agreement and we will arrange one.

Our content

The Murjan name, the coral mark, our logos, text, design and code on this site belong to Murjan Studio or our licensors. You may read, share and link to the site. You may not copy our branding or reproduce substantial parts of the site as your own without written permission.

Venture names and logos shown on this site — including Helah and Murjan.io — belong to their respective ventures.

Where we link out, we are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of those sites.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". Venture stages, plans and descriptions change as work progresses, and information here may become out of date. We may change or take down any part of the site at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Murjan Studio is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
